This modern 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for a couple, small family, or group of friends. The stylishly designed space is in the bustling and popular Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood of downtown Charleston.

Welcome to your artistic haven! With room for up to six guests, this industrial-style guest house offers the perfect space for small groups looking for a comfortable retreat during their stay in Charleston.

Step into the spacious open living, dining and kitchen space with its polished concrete floors, Scandinavian-influenced furnishings, and bright artwork. The living area includes comfortable seating and a large smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is available for any cooking needs and the dining table seats four. Additional counter seating for two is available at the small kitchen island.

The home’s first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes two full-sized beds. The shared bathroom is off the living area and includes a single vanity, beautiful tiling detail and walk in shower.

Outside, a brick patio is the perfect place to relax and have a good time with friends on one of Charleston’s many temperate nights.

This home is in the heart of the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood with amazing restaurants and shopping just outside your doorstep.

One parking space is available for guest use during your stay in a shared driveway. Please let us know in advance if you do need parking so we can coordinate with our other guests.

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

ONLY IF THE PROPERTY ALLOWS PETS: One dog is allowed for a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Additional pets are subject to approval with an additional pet fee of $200. Inquire first before bringing more than one pet. The fee is waived for certified service dogs IF Proper paperwork is provided prior to Check-in! Any excessive pet dander or damages caused by your pet will warrant an additional charge.


If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and/or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

Firearms are not allowed in any of our private residences. Any firearms left behind at a property will be turned over to local police without notice to guest.

This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine. Guests are also responsible for following the City of Charleston's Ordinance rules under Section 54-227.

Our city is growing quickly. With that growth comes construction. Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do about the resulting noise or the current, cosmetic state of some neighboring buildings. During your stay, this shouldn’t be too bothersome, since the city’s noise ordinance dictates quiet hours between 10pm - 8am.

10+ Day Stays are subject to an additional cleaning fee at host's discretion.

Alteration Policy: Any change of dates or cancellation of any nights of the original reservation will not be approved within 60 days or arrival.

Please use painters tape if you plan on using tape to decorate for an event. If the wall is damaged due to tape removal or decorations, you will have to pay $500 for repainting.

Charleston Cuteness! This adorable place is set back off the street giving it a private feel, yet close to everything you would want to do during your stay. With King Street a short distance away as well as the college, this was a perfect location for my daughter and I to stay. We were able to walk to most of our destinations. A parking space is provided which makes it easy going to and from downtown without searching for off street parking. The house is adorable! It has a modern yet cozy vibes with great amenities (full kitchen). The decor is fun with comfy furniture. The beds were very comfortable. In fact, my daughter hasn't stopped talking about them. With a friendly, very repsonsive host and overall wonderful place, it's a definite must stay if visiting Charleston!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Shane was super easy to get in touch with beforehand: my flight landed way earlier than check-in, but Shane was nice enough to let me drop my luggage off at the office. The place itself was super clean and modern. It was also in SUCH a great location. We were able to walk to some great restaurants (Chubby Fish, to name one) and coffee shops nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location but if you drive a large car the parking is tight. Very clean and nice place, definitely recommend if you’re in Charleston!

The location great. We were able to walk all over town from here. Our favorite restaurant was El Jefe nearby on King Street. We were a little concerned since the place is rents to folks with dogs. The apartment was really spotless though.The only issue we had was connecting to the wifi. We contacted Michael and he got back to us with the updated password immediately.

121 Spring Street is a wonderful place to stay in downtown Charleston. My three friends and I fit comfortably in this modern apartment. The bathroom and kitchen were extremely clean and had all the essentials. The apartment’s location is great for accessing King Street; it is about a 10 minute walk to the bars and shopping areas. The historic city market is also within walking distance. The apartment driveway is a somewhat tricky to find at first, but Smith is extremely responsive and will quickly answer any questions about the property. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay again in future!

Excellent place to stay. Probably better In person than what the photos show. Check-in was a piece of cake, the off-street parking for 1 car was ideal too. Clean, comfortable, well decorated and private space. Probably just too far out to walk to the likes of City Market / French Quarter (but it’s only a $7-8 Uber ride) but very walkable to King Street bars and restaurants for the party scene. Overall, great place, very communicative host and no issues. Would recommend.

It was adorable. Very comfortable & clean. They provided great coffee! The only con, is the gravel driveway/parking. It's very narrow so a smaller vehicle would be ideal.
