With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

I recently had my bachelorette party in Charleston and had originally booked a hotel. I happened to come across the Inns and it could not have been more perfect for our group! It was a great find. Walkable to many restaurants and bars - it was in an extremely convenient location if you’re looking for nightlife. I cannot say enough positive things about the level of communication - proactively providing instructions for check in, sending guides for things to do around the city and much more! It was a very seamless and positive experience all around. If you have a large group, this house is perfect!

Awesome place for a group girl’s trip! So nice to have our own bathroom’s as we would in a hotel but also have communal space for hanging out. One of the rooms was a significantly hotter than the others. Not sure if it was user error in our end with the AC or what but just something to be mindful of. Great location, nicely decorated, and spacious. I would definitely recommend!

We had a really nice time at the Inns. It was great for a group--everyone got their own private bedroom and bathroom, and you can come and go easily with the door key code. It was clean, everyone found the beds extremely comfortable, and it has a great walkable location. The street noise is slightly loud in some bedrooms, but the Inns provides white noise machines, fans, etc., so they really do their best to control something that is not within their control!

I had a fabulous stay here! 9 friends and I came to Charleston for the first time and we were completely obsessed! This house is stunning! It’s beautiful in the photos but even prettier in person!!
