The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

The house was wonderful for our family! The sleeping arrangements were perfect! The 3 adult couples had great accommodations upstairs and the grandkids shared the adjoining rooms downstairs!
We had a problem with the coffee maker, contacted our host, and the problem was solved within an hour. Such promptness was greatly appreciated!
We certainly recommend this house to our friends or anyone else who might want to visit Charleston!

This is the 5th time I have stayed at this property to host events for photographers, and it is an immaculate experience every time. The host is quick to respond, thorough with communication, provides amazing recommendations and is always available to help quickly. The home is stunning with tons of natural light, beautiful decor and a lot of fun, photo-friendly spaces for those that want beautiful photos while in Charleston. We are 5 high school friends coming from different parts of the country getting together to celebrate our 65th birthdays. The Boho Rosa house was a perfect accommodation and location for our group. Our stay at the Boho Rosa house was great! To start, the house is absolutely adorable. Perfect for the girls trip we had planned! The house was easy to access, clean and in a great location that is walkable to many things in downtown Charleston. The Boho Rosa house was the perfect place to stay for our all girls trip! Every detail was perfect! We went while Charleston was having a heat wave and with it being a old house the air conditioner was having a hard time keeping up. I communicated this with the host and he has workers there within 30 minutes installing additional air! One of the best and most responsive Airbnb host I’ve ever communicated with! Would recommend this place to everyone!

Michael’s place is amazing. Seven of us came to Charleston to celebrate my daughter’s engagement and the home was perfect. Lots of room and very comfortable and homey. The location is very walkable to restaurants and shops but quiet and safe. Michael is very communicative and answers immediately when questions arise.

Absolutely fabulous rental house and host! House was just as described, and even better!!! Pictures do not even do it justice! Kitchen very well stocked. Nice living room for a larger group! Great location! This house is perfection! Comfortable large beds and plenty of bathrooms for all of us to get ready at the same time!!!! Walking distance to everything! Host was extremely responsive. It was truly a perfect, 5-star experience staying in this beautiful home. First of all, the communication with our host, Michael, was above and beyond. He was responsive with my many questions or requests for months before the trip and proactively provided recommendations for restaurants, activities and much more. Everything went as smoothly as possible with the check in and check out and they were flexible for us with last-minute changes. The home is impeccable and exudes the exact Southern charm you would hope to find while staying in this historical city. The rooms were beautifully done, each with very comfortable beds, adorable, decor, and even a sound machine for every room. We were minutes from multiple restaurants and shops, yet on a nice, quiet street. The porch was just the icing on the cake… to enjoy with a cup of coffee or at the end of the evening in the warm air. I would highly recommend this home to any group going to Charleston, it was truly perfect.

Boho Rosa was everything we expected and more. My girlfriends & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The whole house design made for a very relaxing, happy experience. The 2nd floor ensuites were a pleasant surprise & very well appointed.

What a gorgeous Airbnb! My co-workers and I stayed here for a work trip/retreat and it was so perfect! Can we talk about how it's designed? SO cute. So much space as well. For sure great for large groups!
This Airbnb is worth booking alone for the tub in the bathroom upstairs.
Our entire stay was wonderful! We had one small issue with our doorknob, and Micheal sent someone out to fix it ASAP. He was so communicative and helpful!

Great house. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to lots of places we walked to.
The only thing that wasn’t convenient was the parking. My car did not fit in the parking space. It was too tight. Didn’t seem like you could change anything about that. We had to pay to park in a parking garage.
Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great Girls Trip!!!

second time staying at beautiful Boho Rosa for a girls' trip and it's always a treat! Just like my sister said while we were there ... "They thought of everything!" From the noise machines + fans in the bedrooms to the makeup towels in the bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful backyard and more. It's a dream. Literally *the* perfect house for a girls trip or bachelorette, conveniently located to downtown. We can't wait to stay again!!

Boho Rosa is absolutely gorgeous. The pink exterior and the cute decor are a total vibe. The location is great. It's near a college, and so you saw quite a few young people walking around in the mornings to go get coffee; there are a ton of cute, little local places within walking distance. At night, it was SO quiet & peaceful, sitting on the balcony rocking chairs was so nice. We were even able to sleep with the doors open one evening!
